windeln.de SE: Candidacy of Christian (Chris) Reitermann and Huaidong (Andy) Wang as new members of the Supervisory Board

Munich, May 15, 2020: The Supervisory Board of windeln.de SE ("windeln.de" or "Company"; ISIN DE000WNDL201 and ISIN DE000WNDL219) will propose to the Annual General Meeting on June 24, 2020 two Supervisory Board candidates to succeed Willi Schwerdtle and Dr. Edgar Lange, who announced their decision on April 30, 2020 to resign from their positions as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and member of the Supervisory Board with effect from the end of the Annual General Meeting.

The convening of the company to shareholders at the 2020 Annual General Meeting will include the proposal to elect Chris Reitermann and Andy Wang to the Supervisory Board.

Chris Reitermann is Chief Executive Officer of Ogilvy Group ("Ogilvy") in Asia & Greater China, Global Client Leader at WPP and Worldwide Executive Partner of Ogilvy Group. He joined Ogilvy in 1996 and has since worked at various of the company's locations in Asia. Chris earned a degree in East Asian Business Management from the University of Applied Sciences in Ludwigshafen, Germany, in 1996.

Andy Wang is non-executive Director of eBaoTech Corporation in Shanghai / China and founding partner of the Innovation Camp in Beijing / China. Previously, he was a consultant at McKinsey & Co. and co-founder of United Sources Trading Co. Ltd. in Beijing / China. He received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School in Boston / USA in 1997 and a bachelor's degree from the Foreign Affairs College in China in 1990.
