Election proposals of shareholder Clemens Jakopitsch on agenda item 5 of the Annual General Meeting of windeln.de SE on June 24, 2020

Munich, June 10, 2020: the windeln.de SE ("windeln.de" or the "Company"; ISIN DE000WNDL201) received election proposals on June 9, 2020 for the election of Supervisory Board members of the shareholder Mr. Clemens Jakopitsch for the Annual General Meeting 2020 to be held on June 24, 2020. The subject of these election proposals is the election of two new Supervisory Board members planned under agenda item 5 of the 2020 Annual General Meeting. Mr. Jakopitsch proposes that Mr. Maurice Reimer and Ms. Irene Tang be elected as members of the Supervisory Board of the Company in place of the candidates proposed by the Supervisory Board.
